Dear someone or anyone whos feeling depressed, anxious, exhausted I don't know if anyone or anybody will read this but I just wanna say I experience the same thing YOU are not alone. Like you I am depressed, anxious, paranoid and exhausted for all the people's expectations. I am a Middle Child often overshadowed by my other "excellent" siblings. I am very anxious, alone that I got used to solitary and hiding my feelings faking a smile despite being depressed I do it because there won't be someone who care's for me. But fret not you are not alone! I- no We and everyone around the world are here for YOU, I almost tried to kill myself but I stopped wrote my thoughts and stories online anonymously then one day some one helped, talked, encouraged me to stop I am not alone, So you are also not alone.
